My life
Katia Serafini was born on 7 June 1971 in Castiglione del Lago (Perugia), with a worker mother and a railway worker father. Since she was a child, she has had a great interest in the world of fashion and in particular quality knitwear, perhaps also due to her mother's work, a worker in the sector who often finds herself working at home at night.
At 14, Katia decided to continue her studies in Perugia in the medieval artistic high school once housed in the former Convent of S. Francesco al Prato, coexisting with the Academy of Fine Arts. Every morning for five years she woke up at dawn to be punctual with the public transport necessary to reach Perugia while often in his free time he visits Florence, a city that will greatly influence his ideas and vision.
She graduated in 1990, the year in which she met her husband Stefano Spaccini who would push Katia to best express her dreams by helping her in the growth path of the brand which today stands out in the world for its excellent quality and extreme attention to detail.
